Its copying not stealing, the original remains, can't argue this.
one way i think of this is , i look at those who speak out the loudest against piracy. rich studios and lobbyists (MPAA etc) rich media people.
The media, the games media, ever here those guys at PC gamer in print and on the podcast? they will not even talk about any positive aspect to piracy, they act as if pirating is like stabbing a baby.
Whats my issue with that ? in the same breath they condemn piracy they talk about how they got sent a copy of a game for free to review, they played the shit out of it and decided that its not worth buying.
See if i do this, by downloading a copy to play, its called piracy and i'm killing gaming. when PC gamer,IGN ,destructoid do it its OK.
listening to the podcasts of these people, you hear constant bragging about
'i got sent AGAME for free and its ok, i played it all the way thru but i won't be buying it.'
great guys, can the common man do this without being called a pirate ? or is that not fair as less people would buy your shitty games ?
Because thats what its about really, SHITTY GAMES, SHITTY MOVIES and EVEN SHITTIER MUSIC. When you don't pay them for the SHIT they sell, they get angry. Churning out more shit

is easy and cheap, making a good game that people want to buy ? that takes effort and talent.
TL;DR
ANTI PIRACY IS RETARDED.
BURN THE RICH.
